no see you can’t look me in the face and tell me that frank is a simple villain/hero. he’s so much more complex than that bc like ! he commits acts that are considered villainous (killing someone, turning people to stone, etc) but then there’s also the point of view where frank is liberating brad and janet from the societal oppression of their heteronormative town and teaching them that desire is okay

How did you write Frank when you were twelve?

basically twelve yr old me woobified him to the point where he wasn’t even necessarily recognizable as frank ? like i used canon as a jumping off point & pretty much made him a self insert from there
